Got “new” service and the new modem doesn’t work, but the old one still does.
Not my house and not the owner, so I’m not entirely sure what’s going on with the service but here’s what I know: service is being changed from internet, voice, and TV to just internet. They sent a new modem but not a new router. Hooked the new modem up and used the same router they’ve been using. The service did not work, but the service still works if I leave the equipment the same. Any ideas?
