Hello all,
Other day I posted how amazed I was in managing to print multiple colors layers in a smart way with my tiny Ender 3. Without having to hit stop, yank the existing filament and shove the new one in. I found how to do that with Creality Print. Here you go:
- Create and configure as many filaments as you need for your print/printer:
- Slice your project:
- Move the slider on the right side to where you want the change to happen:
- Right-click on that tiny "+" and choose "Change Filament"
- Do it as many times as you need:
- Hit "Slice plate" again:
- Observe that a tower appeared in your print. That tower is the "material" waste that the printer will create to safely swap the colors without jeopardizing your project:
- There you go!
Enjoy!
