Hello all,

Other day I posted how amazed I was in managing to print multiple colors layers in a smart way with my tiny Ender 3. Without having to hit stop, yank the existing filament and shove the new one in. I found how to do that with Creality Print. Here you go:

  1. Create and configure as many filaments as you need for your print/printer:

  1. Slice your project:

  1. Move the slider on the right side to where you want the change to happen:

  1. Right-click on that tiny "+" and choose "Change Filament"

  1. Do it as many times as you need:

  1. Hit "Slice plate" again:

  1. Observe that a tower appeared in your print. That tower is the "material" waste that the printer will create to safely swap the colors without jeopardizing your project:

  1. There you go!

Enjoy!

Hey folks. It may be silly but I got so excited when I learned that I can do multiple colors on the same run with this printer. I learned today that the print not only is capable but also guides you to properly replace the filaments during the print. So amazing for this simple printer. To this date I was pulling the filaments out by force, not knowing that the printer does it for you so gently.

Sharing with the community in case there may be someone like me that don't know.
