Trying to calibrate flow ratio with 0.2mm nozzle and they all look pretty bad. Also the edges don't connect for some reason. Any help is appreciated!
This is on a Bambu P1S using Bambu Studio. I've already calibrated temperature, max flow and PA.
It honestly has been very time consuming calibrating for a 0.2 mm nozzle with a couple of clogs and stuff like this...
Some more information:
- Build plate was cleaned with dishwasher and clean sponge right before this print
- Filament has been dried about a day ago
- Filament is Sunlu PLA Meta grey
- Bed temp 55°C
- Print temp for this filament is 220°C
- Max flow 6.3 mm^3/s
- PA kvalue set to 0.35
Any advice or tips?
EDIT: I may have fixed it. It seems like my PA was too high. At first I tried the PA Pattern method but that gave me questionable results at the lower values (stringing and looked kind of flimsy) so I went with a higher value of 0.35. It still seemed plausible because according to many other users it's quite normal to have way higher PA values for 0.2 mm nozzle.
Just now I ran the PA calibration again but this time I selected the line method. This time the lines were terrible at my older value of .35 but looked good at around 0.085 ish.
I'm running the flow ratio again with the new PA value I think that's look better now.
