Anxiety over FIRE plans, help!

Hello FIREy femmes! Can you help me as I seek some clarity?

I am 50 and newly eligible for my pension. I have a very stressful job and was promoted to as high as I can probably get, without taking on more stress and travel, which I do not want to do anymore and cannot do to maintain mental and physical health.

I have one young kiddo, the other already out the door. Hubby is primary parent and SAHD though has a very small business that doesn't generate much income and is not in great physical health.

I want out. We have lived and traveled overseas extensively and would move to EU or LatAm; lower cost of living, already speak language, etc. Dual USA/UK citz.

If I retire I would have about $80k/year net in pension. Have about $2mil in 401k and investments. More coming in inheritance in the medium term, as well as SS.

But I'm TERRIFIED of retiring. Has anyone else gone through this?? I am anxious at work and anxious about leaving work. 🤦🏻‍♀️ How much is enough? Enough is enough? I've done the FIRE math but I can't seem to let go... Should I meet with a financial planner?

I'm also feeling scared about a career transition, not a lot out there for me and retirement visa restrictions on working overseas...

Been lurking for a few days and then realized maybe this would be a good group to get a hopefully supportive reality check and perspective. Thank you!
