Smash burger with salt and pepper. Potato bun toasted with garlic aoli and arugula on the bottom bun. Provolone cheese on each patty. Top bun was lightly basted with melted butter and sprinkled with some garlic powder, kosher salt, and freshly shredded parmesan cheese.
