I have a business account, and the system is allowing me to pick between the AT&T Business Unlimited Premium 3.0 or theAT&T Business Unlimited Premium 2.0 with Turbo℠. I have read that the older 2.0 gives you QCI 6 on all data, vs the 3.0 keeps you at QCi 7. Can anyone confirm this?

I currently have my line on the AT&T Business Unlimited Premium 3.0 and I added the Turbo for $15. I have not noticed ANY difference between when I didn't have turbo vs adding it. Also my plan isn't discounting my iPad and Apple Watch plan at 50% as it said.
