Hi everyone I'm needing some guidance anything really. My neck I can barely hold it up. My head feels like its gonna burst. It happens in waves week 2 tampering Valium from 10mg a day 5mg in morning and 5mg in afternoon for my anxiety. Docs have got me down to 2mg in morning and 2mg in afternoon unfortunately I'm having a bad reaction so to speak doc is now saying have to stabilise me so need to take for 1 more month 2mg and 2mg. How long will I feel like this I'm exhausted to say the least haven't been able to work for 2 days now. What should I do what techniques have you all got please anything.
