I have a 2012 BMW X3 with the 3.0 I6 N52 engine. What is the best oil for these engines? The shop that has been changing the oil on it for the last 10 years used Mobil 1 ESP 0W-30. The shop charged me 14.99 a quart for the oil. I want to supply my own oil for next time to bring the cost down for the oil change. The engine will have around 100,000 miles by the next oil change, so looking for recommendations.
