Hi guys,

I’m having an issue with my Toyota Prius Gen 3. Recently I’ve been getting a “Check Hybrid System” message. So the problem happens when after driving for a while, when I come to a stop (for example at traffic lights) and then try to accelerate again, the car only moves on the electric motor. The combustion engine doesn’t start, and after a short moment the “Check Hybrid System” message appears.

To get the engine running again, I have to turn the car off and on. After restarting, the engine starts with high revs but the issue eventually comes back.

So far, my mechanic has replaced:

-throttle body

-spark plugs

-MAF sensor (air flow sensor)

Error codes: P3190 P0A0F

Unfortunately, the problem still persists.
