230 -> 186

Update from my previous post, it’s so hard to believe I look the way I do now! and honestly 45 lbs doesn’t seem like a lot to me until I realize what it actually looks like on my body.

This Reddit group has genuinely encouraged me so much!

25 lbs to go before my goal weight 🤭

I have been consistently training for about 11 months now and been in a strict workout routine for the past 4 months or so. This difference looks like a lot of weight I’ve lost but it’s only about a 40lbs difference. I have prioritized building as much muscle as I can and lifting as heavy as I can, and not only do I look slimmer but my body feels amazing!! I no longer have pain standing for a long time and my back pain has almost disappeared. I would love to start training women like me to lose weight and build muscle but I don’t know where to start, if anyone has any tips on how to start up a coaching program please lmk!
