In some games when they are outside on a bright day, they're fine but in other games when they are hit by the light, they vanish.

In the earlier games in the present time the Shy Guys worked for Smithy and Wart before they worked for Bowser.

We know the blue Toad from Super Mario 3D World is actually the main Toad but his emblem has blue spots. So is it also possible that in Mario Kart Tour Builder Toad and Toad (Astronaut) (who both have a blue spotted emblem) could actually be the main Toad or is it really Blue Toad from the New Super Mario Bros. series?

In Mario Kart Tour Penguin Toad has yellow spots and vest but his emblem on the kart is a red spotted Toad (the main one) and the movie version gets to keep his red spots and blue vest (I know the movie version is in its own universe/canon but I just wanted to point it out).
