External iliac vein aneurysm

Hello,

Has anyone had a similar diagnosis? I’ve found very little literature online, and it seems especially rare because it involves a vein rather than an artery.

My main symptom was a deep vein thrombosis in my left calf, which led to a referral for a pelvic MRI. The MRI identified this, and it could be the cause.

I’m a bit scared. It is 28 mm in size and seems very uncommon.

Hey there, I’m living in a 3-bed, 3-bathroom apartment in London and I moved in about 4 months ago. I’m currently in a long-distance relationship, and I was thinking about hosting my partner for around 10 days while she’s in Europe.

Would that be too much to ask?

I’ve been reading a lot of posts about how uncomfortable flatmates can feel having guests around for extended periods of time. Since I have my own bedroom and bathroom, I feel like it shouldn’t inconvenience anyone too much. We’d mostly stay in my room and probably wouldn’t use the shared spaces much apart from cooking and eating occasionally.

One thing I am a bit concerned about is that the walls are quite thin, and my flatmates mostly work from home.

I’ve never really had this kind of conversation with flatmates before, so I just wanted to check what the general etiquette is around having someone stay for a medium-length visit. Since there’s no limit on overnight stays in the contract, I guess it mostly comes down to mutual understanding and consideration. Also, I travel quite a lot for work and I’m usually out of London for about a week every month, so I’m not around all the time either.
