Looking for some advice/help on my Watch Tower Apache. Gun is at about the 10-12k round mark now and just started to have trigger follow and safety has occasionally started to bind up when attempting to be put from fire to safe and will occasionally drop hammer when putting to safe which no shit not a good thing… When going from fire to safe I feel it slightly drag giving it a very tiny initial click before going fully into safe. Gun has only had a lightened leaf sear done to it adjusted to around 2lbs and a 17lb mainspring at the beginning of its life and has been fine until now. Obviously I had thought just not enough sear tension so played around with adding tension on the current already that was in the gun (an EGW) on top of a new EGW, Colt and a Clark sear spring and all tensioned at the point of more than I’d like to lower tension and all had the same issue. All other internals are stock aside from leaf sear spring and mainspring, what would you guys assume the issue to be? Worn sear at that low of round count or safety that isn’t properly fitted that just now became an issue or any help/advice. Thanks.
