Out of a marriage and am LOST (male)

I was in a marriage for 8yrs, and am now in my late 30's. No kids.

I have been divorced now for a year and consider myself relatively normal- house, career, grad school, friendly, empathetic, hard-working, faithful, loyal.

This dating scene is driving me insane! It's SO exhausting.

Ghosting just boils my blood, especially with communication being so important to me.

Asking grown women if they're married as that doesn't seem relevant to them.

Catfishing photos and/or life circumstances; put in your profile you have children.

Asking me to pay your bills; I'm not going to cash app, seems everyone has an emergency.

It just seems like everyone else falls into a relationship. They go check their mailbox and come back with an amazing girlfriend.

Confused on this girl I met

I met this awesome woman online; we chatted a ton for weeks and she came over and we had an 'amazing' evening of intimate fun. Maybe 5 hours in bed, relaxing, chatting, and repeat. She's going to come over again this week. We haven't mentioned anything romantic. She's single.

The holiday is coming, and she's going to a festival and staying at a friend's house, overnight. This is normal for her; she mentioned they usually hang as their schedule allows.

What are your takes on this situation? She's not doing anything wrong; I'm just confused how I approach my interest or expectations.

Better to open secured or pay down current credit card?

I just went through a divorce, and my score went from 800's to 500's. Now, any time I pay a card substantially; they simply close it. The elite cards that were in great standing, were also closed on me. It was horrifying to see a 15yr+, $60K card closed.

The only cards still open have $2K limits (which they lowered) and 100% utilization.

I was thinking of getting a US Bank Secured Cash+ or USAA Secured AMEX. I've banked with USAA for 20yrs+, but they're also the ones that lowered my limit.

I have a few unsecured cards still left. Capital One, Discover, USAA with full balances.
