i’ve had these things probably a year now and i really

believe my ex bf gave me them, i told my

mom a couple months ago it stressed her tf ohtfreaked her tf out so we didn’t tell my dad and we bought matters covers for my bed and my box spring. they’re only in my room and we also vacuumed my whole bed before putting these covers on. months later here we are now i still see them on the crevices of the mattress covers. please help me i do not want to get my mother involved to stress her out i just want to resolve this by myself im embarrassed i cant have my friends over or my new boyfriend i just really want all of this to end im tired i feel humiliated and sick everyday.
