Just wanted to ask since I’m planning to use my BDO mastercard for a transaction with wise and before the amount is to be transferred to my wise account it informed me that I should ask my bank before transacting if it will be processed as a cash advance. Just wanted to ask kung meron na before nag try sa wise and if it is considered as cash advance? Medyo late na kasi and I need to do the transaction ngayon kaya idk kung ma entertain pa call ko this late huhuhu
