Hi mechanics of Reddit! I have recently gotten my DMF and clutch, and since then my engine has been sounding a bit off. Recently I’ve also noticed some kind of ticking or thumping sound under the hood at specific revs, but it comes and goes. I haven’t really had the time to go back to my mechanic to get it checked out due to work, but would love to hear your take on it. It’s a BMW F20 116i from 2012.
