incoming freshman here

my mom is freaking me out with online posts saying that class registration for freshmen has already started. can someone confirm thats true or not true? I thought we register for classes during orientation? does the orientation dates matter that much (like earlier dates = more class seats available)

trying to give some hope here. just turned down santa clara, uc davis, udub, uiuc, umich, and boston university, you guys got this!!

everyday its "oh you didnt listen to us thats why stanford rejected you" I ignored all their advice and am committed to ucla why will they never be happy with me
