Hi everyone. 1.5 years ago I bought an used 2013 sports touring package, previous owner had it tuned, I didn't ask him tuned by what company, all I know is he said that it has 2 maps, map 1 is performance, map 2 is economy. I'm able to switch in between maps by using cruise control buttons (while switching the maps tachometer doesn't indicate what map I'm in but I see green cruise control light blinking so according to this indicator I guess my car has admin tune).
What does "Economy mod" really do? Does it allow me to run with 87 or 91 octane fuel so that I save money or do I still have to buy 93 octane fuel but it cuts of the performance and helps me to get higher mpg while having less performance?
