18yo getting a tongue piercing tomorrow and im staying at my grandmas and id prefer her not finding out. my appointment is at 17:00 and i said i have a late dinner so i will js go home and sleep and just chug water and ibuprofen.

how to keep the swelling down? what should i know about healing process?
