Weird order delivery
Early Saturday I needed a M12 cable stapler and a M12 screwdriver would be handy, oh and some staples. Standard delivery Monday, Oh I can pay $35 for same day (im 35 miles away from a store) ok. Put that in click click click. OK looks like I can get the stapler and screwdriver today and staples Monday still, click off the bullet point for the staples. I can live with that. Order. Arr WTF. Stapler and screwdriver coming Monday and staples coming Sunday. Too late for this job.
Online via the app no way to cancel, text system tried and failed, repeated trying the text system now cant understand anything apart from STOP and START.
Call the 1800-430-3376 number to cancel, dude saids canceled turns out only the M12 tools got canceled, give it 15 mins call again, the same Indian dude at the other end trys to contact "special orders" 22 mins later my call gets passed to the home depot credit card system.
I give up and hope its canceled. Nope staples got delivered today.
