Planning a trip, and would what work best for me with my personal schedule and other tourist stuff going on in Montreal would be to stay there from Tuesday (9/22) evening through Friday, allowing me to see Wednesday, Thursday (does not exist!), and Friday racing. It seems that these are kind of the worst possible days, competition wise, but I'm not sure how much to adjust the more vacation-y part of a trip as a result. How does the atmosphere and spectator enjoyment differ from U-23/ Juniors as compared to the elite (for someone like myself who has an interest in the sport but doesn't follow too closely).
How much of a difference would it make to my UCI viewing experience if I were to shift my schedule a little bit, and what would be the best change to make if I could move it a day or two to either side?
