Lost 50 kg (110lbs) and now have loose skin

and I don't know how to deal with that, mentally. I feel better, I can do more, but it crushes me, that really nothing has changed mentally. I still feel hella ugly, maybe more so than before. I lost the weight in about a year without the new go to drug, and maintained a lot of muscle (through exercise), but it doesn't help with the skin... my connective tissue was always bad and now weighing less makes it even look worse. I'm 36 F and weighed 132 kg (292 lbs) and I'm down to 82 kg (180lbs) still not 'the' goal weight for my height 1,64 m (5ft3) but my skins looks so bad rn, it's only going to look worse....

Outwards it looks okay, but beneath the clothes... its a whole other mess. especially my upper arms... Can't wear short sleeves or loose sleves....

Has someone experiences or tips to deal with this mess? An operation is financially out of the question.

Off Balance [Non Traditional Omegaverse /Ilya Rozanov x Shane Hollander] [Explicit] Author: KupferRost

Off Balance

https://archiveofourown.org/works/82073126/chapters/215974556

Summary: Shane Hollander is the first Omega in the NHL, and the league isn’t ready for him. Between relentless media scrutiny, a skeptical team, and pheromones thrown dangerously off balance by one Alpha, just focusing on his future is a fight.

Unfortunately, that Alpha is Ilya Rozanov. He is not just a disruption, but a constant pull on instincts he can’t afford to lose control to, and the only one who sees past the pressure.

One clash on the ice is all it takes to get under Ilya’s skin, and into his head. Months later, he still can’t shake it, even though his career seems finally stable. Not only Shane is on his mind constantly, his family is closing in on him, endangering is new won independence.

And next he knows, one incident could end it all, if he can't find a solution and it unleashes a wave of events that throw off his and Shane's life.
