I am completely baffled by my 4 year old boys behavior. He gets incredibly frustrated very quickly and lashes out at us (his parents), at friends, even teachers at his school. We try implementing consequences, we try loving redirection, we pray with him, but his fuse is SO short. He has good stretches (days at a time) of angelic behavior but then is horrendous.

He has a fairly decent diet for a 4 year old boy - we try to limit processed food and sugars (though we don’t completely prohibit them). He sleeps well as far as we can tell, he gets lots of exercise both independently and in group sports. I’m just lost and confused.
