Daily driver but it’s almost 50¢ a mile
Hopping on the full tank range trend - 2017 Base MT 51k mi with Stillen gen 3 intakes, Armytrix exhaust, and UpRev tune. I believe she’s starting to run rich, she pops consistently when letting off throttle (didn’t do that when I had it tuned 3 years ago, tuner told me specifically he wouldn’t do pops on stock cats). Anyone had luck cleaning MAF sensors and getting better mileage? I’m wondering if the oiled intakes are dirtying the sensors. Haven’t checked the fuel trims with a scanner but that’s my gut feeling.
Yes, the car gets beat on all the time, I’m ok with the gas mileage but still surprised it’s this bad. (full throttle often but only sometimes up to redline, since I’m in the city)
3.5 mile commute to work with a few pulls. Always downshifting when coming to a stop, and every downshift I hear pop pop pop. I quite like the pops but if it’s going to cost me 3mpg and a set of cats I might clean my sensors soon…
Also feel free to hate on the ADDW1 gauges but they’re sweet in my opinion, compared to stock.
