Account Deactivated
After taking the Aether assessment, I was suddenly deactivated from Outlier out of nowhere and my annotator status on MM was changed to unapproved. There was no explanation or prior indication that any issue had occurred, and I received no email regarding my account being deactivated. This happened immediately after completing the assessment, which I took an extensive time looking over the notes before taking the onboarding. I know I’ve seen several other threads where contributors are having the exact same issue occur as well.
I have emailed support several times since, and only receive the same message regarding the decision that the deactivation of my account is final. This is ridiculous and highly disappointing, considering I am active in a squad and have been working with Outlier for over 2 years now.
If anyone has had a good experience with reaching out to support regarding this issue and was reactivated, or anything similar, I would be forever grateful for the insight.
