does anyone have any idea on how much does it cost to replace the screen of an iphone 12pm also is it even worth it to replace the screen?

I accidentally dropped my iPhone 12 Pro Max in water for a few seconds. When I picked it up, it seemed fine, though some water got into the speakers. After 30 minutes, I checked the speakers and they were working normally again. Thinking it was safe, I plugged my phone in to charge for 15 minutes. When I started using it again, the touchscreen started acting faulty specifically the keyboard stopped responding to my touch or starts typing buttons completely by itself. Is there any way i can save it

hello everyone I will be taking admission in BS CS this year after two years of gap i hardly passed the math exams in high school due to not studying for them, now I have almost four months till my classes get started so I want to use this time to catch up so if any of you know any course or guide me on where to start or what to learn I will really appreciate your help.
