Are founders, developers, or product builders actively working out of Guwahati?

I recently moved back and realised I don’t see many visible tech/startup conversations locally — which feels surprising given the talent here.

I’m curious — are there people here working on startups, tech products, AI projects, or internet businesses?

Most conversations I see are about moving to Bangalore/Gurgaon for opportunities.
But surely some people must be building from here too?
