I am currently working in Human Resources with a strong focus on Training and Development, where I have gained experience in learning design, onboarding, and performance improvement initiatives. At this stage of my career, I am exploring a transition into Organizational Development (OD), with the intention of moving toward more strategic work such as organizational design, change management, and capability building.

which organizations would be most suitable to target for someone coming from a Training and Development background who is aiming to transition into Organizational Development or a closely related role?
