what are the best runes/build right now ?

Is it lich first item or the thunder thing ?

is dusk and dawn a good rush mid ?

Hexplate - hexoc99 - runnans - ie - ldr -bt

or

hexo- runnans- ie - ldr - bt - GA or even hexplate if you need

I feel that the CD of ult is really strong but doesnt need the fiend+hexplate
