First time getting subtext. No roasting date on the bag but I'm assuming it was roasted to order. Rested for 3 weeks. Still getting very strong wheat grass flavor. Tried long and shorter ratios.

I normally Brew tea like brews but this one is just not coming out right.

Normally I can dial in quick but this coffee just isn't working for me
