Everyone who’s arguing about this movie on either side should read this article.

I’ve been commenting on a ton of posts about this film but I LOVED it. My wife and four year old son also loved it. And my parents loved it.

I have a sneaking suspicion parents are way more likely to pick up on the thesis of the film, which is about recognizing your child is showing you they’re ready for responsibility…and letting them take on the real world alongside you.

It also explores the idea of becoming a good person with or without a good parent as a role model.

It really felt like Mando and Grogu graduating to “Batman and Robin” from “Lone Wolf and Cub.”
