Image 1 — Something that makes me emotional every time, how Papa Mando is such a safe space for Grogu and he feels safe enough to have a good sleep 🥺

After its first 14 days on Disney+, "The Mandalorian & Grogu" collected the equivalent of 8.7M complete views in the US, per Nielsen.

Here's how it compares to other pay-1 live-action theatrical films released on Disney+ over the years.

Finished my Mando mosaic!

I'm so stoked at how it turned out. It's from PictureBrickArt, and the Grogu and Armourer sets are definitely going on my Christmas list!

Grogu, drawn and colored with pencils

I wasn't able to use a reference from the internet though as I'm recovering from a concussion :') so he's based off of "the child animatronic" from Hasbro that I have. I did change and tweak a few things as I went along. I have to be honest, this was my first time ever coloring a drawing with colored pencils! So it's not that great, but it was a fun proces and kept me busy :)

Some beautiful concept art by Aaron McBride from the Mandalorian and Grogu film (credit: Industrial Light & Magic: https://www.ilm.com/)

I love how these show the contrast of a tiny Grogu against the pallet of a vast, gigantic world. He looks so alone and vulnerable, but his dad taught him well and he proves himself resourceful and robust! A true Mandalorian force user in the making.
