Are there any multivitamins out there for people with bleeding disorders? I'm specifically looking for one that does not have Vitamin E, or at least an extremely small amount.

Hi, I've got Factor VII Deficiency, and I've been struggling with nutrition and digestive issues for a few years now.(currently searching for a gastroenterologist, it's hard to find a good one where I live) I've been in search of a multivitamin that doesn't have vitamin e in it, nor fish oil, or any other ingredients that would potentially be an issue for me. In the past I've been low on vitamin K, and K has never caused any bleeding issues for me, perhaps because of my specific disorder, which I still don't know all the ins and outs of. There's not a plethora of information online because of the low occurrence of the disorder, as you know. In case it helps, I am an adult female in my fifties, and a pescatarian who rarely even eats fish anymore because I hardly have an appetite.

(I do not believe this has any bearing on my multivitamin search, but I also have the PAI-1 4G/4G mutation if it is of interest to any hematologist.)

Looking for an adult multivitamin that does not contain vitamin E

Just as the title reads, I'm looking for an adult multivitamin (for women if possible but at this point I don't care) that does not contain vitamin E, or even one that contains a small amount such as 10% of the DV. I've got an underlying health condition that precludes me from taking vitamin E, fish oil, and other supplements that thin the blood. Vitamin K is just fine for me.

I've been searching on and off for years and haven't found anything, so I thought I'd reach out here. I'm just surprised I haven't come across any multivitamins specifically for people who are on blood thinners. That would fit the bill for me.

Any recommendations are greatly appreciated. Thank you!

ISO Gastroenterologist who does their procedures at hospitals

Hey neighbors, I'm in search of a gastroenterologist who does their procedures like colonoscopies and things like that at a hospital because I've got a bleeding disorder and if something went wrong at a surgical center, like a biopsy that won't stop bleeding, I'm in big trouble.

Digestive Associates has a location that practices out of Summerlin Hospital, and that gives me a lot more comfort, but they never answer their phone. Has anyone had any experience with Digestive Associates? I was particularly looking at Dr. Sharma, Carrera, or Carlson because they're the only three board certified doctors at that practice.

Thank you in advance.
