How can I run multiple instances of Antigravity at the same time using different premium accounts?

I currently have two premium accounts and would like to use both simultaneously. Is there an official way to do this?

For example:

Multiple desktop app instances? Separate browser profiles? Different Windows/macOS user sessions? Virtual machines or containers?

If anyone has a working setup, I’d appreciate the details.
