Confused with Interactive Brokers

Hey guys

After some research I found that Interactive Brokers apparently is the best broker for swiss investors.

Thanks poor swiss. I've used it now since the beginning of the year and I am still not really familiar with the interfaces. Yesterday I accidentally sold all my VT-Stocks, oops. I bought them again shortly after.

Are there any tricks/a tutorial or anything else like it, that someone can share?

As my first broker, I've used yuh, which is really easy to use, but I want to optimise my return obviously, so I changed to IBKR.

Is it worth the change and how difficult is that form for the taxes?

Thanks

1984 C4 stalling when slowing down / coming to a stop – looking for advice

Hi everyone,

I recently bought a 1984 Chevrolet Corvette C4 with the Crossfire injection and automatic transmission.

Yesterday I took it to my first Corvette meet. Before that, I had driven the car a few times over the previous days, including a couple of short drives, and everything seemed completely normal.

Yesterday was also the first time I fueled the car myself and the first time I took it on the highway for a short stretch.

When I exited the highway and was merging onto a 60 km/h road, the engine suddenly stalled while I was slowing down. I had to put the transmission into Park and restart the engine.

After that, on the way to the meet, the car stalled around 6 more times. Almost every time it happened while slowing down, rolling toward a roundabout, or coming to a stop. It always restarted again afterwards.

What concerns me is that this never happened during the 2–3 shorter drives I had done in the previous days. It only started happening during this longer drive after the highway.

I also had a feeling that the engine was idling at a higher RPM than usual. At one point, it also briefly felt like the transmission was in neutral: I pressed the gas, but the car didn't really accelerate. I shifted into N and then back into D, and after that it felt normal again.

After the Corvette meet, I drove the car home. It stalled once again during the drive home, so the problem wasn't limited to the trip to the meet.

Apart from this, I haven't noticed any strange noises, and the engine always starts again after stalling.

Has anyone experienced something similar with an '84 C4/Crossfire?

I don't know much about these cars yet, so I'd really appreciate any suggestions on what I should check first.

Do you think it's safe to drive the car a short distance to a garage, or should I avoid driving it until I find the cause?

Thanks!
