Nobody knows about me struggling with maladaptive daydreaming, hell I didn’t even know what it was called until fairly recently but after years of doing it, spending most of my teenage years and early adulthood in a daydream, I stopped. Then started again a couple of months later.
Here to say I haven’t been daydreaming since December last year. I have no one to talk to about this so thought I’d share here. Weirdly a little proud of myself. It hasn’t been the easiest thing.
