A friend moved to Richmond Virginia and I would like to fly out there to see him near the end of summer or fall and to drive over towards Asheville and maybe west virginia. my goal is to see some of appalachia and also go to a bluegrass festival- some fun festival with camping and dancing and liveliness! any recommendations on a festival. Looking for a homegrown vibe. willing to drive longer distances
I’ve had two mirenas for 8 or 9 years, my most recent insertion being december 2024. I am going to take it out. At first it was just because I wanted to reconnect with my cycle, and now I feel mentally unhinged. Anyways, nervous about the crash. Is the crash best during the summer where I can get outdoor, sunshine, and social time (but I want to spend it in a bikini the whole time and generally go out a lot) or during the fall/winter when I can hunker down, but generally feel a little more sad anyways?
