We have a total of 120 cents of land. According to our original documents and records, our family owns 90 cents, while the neighbouring landowner owns 30 cents.
Recently, the government did a resurvey. We live in another state, so we did not know about it.
After the resurvey, the records now show 60 cents for us and 60 cents for our neighbour.
We went to the MRO office, and they said our neighbour needs to come and sign to change it back. But our neighbour has been avoiding us for the last two months. Every time we contact him, he gives a different reason. Today, he said he will not come for another four months.
What can we do if the neighbour refuses to come and sign?
