What's the easiest distro that also has good compatibility with Steam?
I tried switching to Ubuntu years ago but I could just never wrap my head around it. Between remembering all the commands, the constant upkeep, and figuring how to download and update software from repositories, it wasn't worth the hassle so I stuck with Windows for convenience. That said, Windows is really getting on my nerves lately and I refuse to update my desktop to Windows 11, despite their constant nagging. I'm a little worried they're just going to say "fuck you, we're Microsoft" and update to 11 without my consent one of these days. If that ever happens, it'll be time to give Linux another shot.
In that case, what's the simplest, least complicated distro that still has solid compatibility with Steam?
