As title says, been getting the extruder overloaded message since I tried printing with abs. Made sure all settings were correct prior to print but when it started loading the filament I got my first error message and noticed a clicking sound, I checked the printer, removed the abs, cleaned nozzle and tried printing a new file with petg. Same issue. I then took the extruder apart but the gears all look clean so I put it all back together but am still having the same issue. Any idea where to go from here? I only have about 300 hours of print time.
