Hard time removing dot stains from my laptop screen

I have an Alienware (dell) m13 laptop.

There are little dot stains on my laptop screen that I can't remove. I'm guessing it's dirt from my keyboard?

I tried using a few different microfiber cloths, Eveo Screen Cleaner, Quik Interior Detailer Cleaner and soft to medium soft brushes. But am still unable to remove those dots. Anybody have any suggestions before I scratch my monitor more?

I can totally live with the dots and don't notice them when gaming or working. It just bothers me that I can't get rid of them lol. Any suggestions?
