Please enlighten me if this is standard practice across all Jollibee branches and Jolly Kiddie Parties.

The Jollibee branch required us to book the timeslots before and after our party (3 timeslots in total) with 3x the party fee. Their reasoning was so they can clean. BUT the party is just for 2 hours (1timeslot) and we can’t extend beyond the 2 hours.

What weirded me is that they can STILL give the before or after our party timeslots (the ones they asked us to book) to others if somebody else books them.

Also when I called multiple times and this info is inconsistent across the different people we talked to from that branch.

Is this normal? I feel like this is a scam
