I just ordered a Double Yumburger, opened the wrapper, and found a Beef-Chicken Burger instead. I honestly didn't even know a "Beef-Chicken Burger" was a secret menu item, but here we are.
Normally, I’d laugh it off, but this is literally the 6th time this specific branch has completely botched my order. It’s becoming a running joke at this point. In the past few months alone, I've dealt with: Missing large fries, Drinks completely forgotten, Random menu swaps like today
I'm not even trying to be that customer, but the management at this branch seriously needs to step in and do some major Quality Assurance. Missing an item once or twice? Sure, it happens when it's busy. Missing or swapping things six times? That’s a systematic failure in the assembly line.
Has anyone else noticed their local branch's QA just completely tanking lately, or did I just curse myself by picking the worst branch in the city?
