[exploration][2000s?] weird infinite game,

i cannot find this anywhere, i saw a review with 20-30 mins of gameplay a few years ago and it looked incredible.

In this game you climb infinitely large, unknowable structures, though, they are just grey masses that reach into the unknowably large expanse because it has old/low quality graphics. the games story makes it clear that the people who live here have theories about why it exists, how large it is, and what purpose it serves, or if it served any purpose at all. one character mentioned that you can randomly find, mentions that it is pointless to explore, he explored his whole life and never left the structure. the "structure" is winding corridors, vent shafts/tunnels and large chasms that are massive compared to the player. so massive infact, that the atmosphere that exists in these areas can obscure the other end, and often does

The world is mostly grey and you climb using these ice pick-like items and i think you can glide but i cant remember, you can also encounter other people and talk to them, but that is rare.
