Pretty straight forward, there are several issues regarding the will (validity of a holographic will, undue influence and testator capacity), unfortunately I'm having no luck finding a lawyer willing to work on contingency and none have even offered to work with a hybrid or unbundled fee structure. Is this something I can do myself? The amount I stand to lose is significant (to me or most normal people) or I wouldn't even bother.
