hey there so as the title says i am running into the issue of the texts being blurry in oot can anybody tell me what im doing wrong?

I find it extremely annoying and i dont really get why none of the devs of multiplayer games seem to care about smurfing. like they say it goes against their policy but when streamers smurf live on air they dont get any repercussions. wouldnt it in theory be possible to just say one hardware (since they can hardware ban i guess they can view your hardware? maybe not idk) can only have one account and boom the smurfing problem would be 99% fixed. it would (if possible) even adress the bot problem since they boost accounts and sell them for money i mean im sure there is a workaround but it would lessen the problem no?
