At this point, most robot vacuums look more or less the same to me. I'm more interested in which brands stand behind their products. My last two robots both died early, and their customer support was quite sketchy. I'd rather pay for something with reliable service than deal with that again.

Any brands you'd recommend based on customer support or warranty experience?
