Hey guys! I need help with fuse entanglement 1.4.3 (switch 1)

So I saw this really cool hoverwing bike which uses a mini wing, and apparently I have to do something called fuse entanglement to get it? Can anyone help me? I think I saw the hoverwing in this sub actually.
