Long story short — I'm an original designer on Etsy. Over the last few

days someone filed false copyright reports on 7 of my listings from 3

different accounts (clearly the same person, sock puppets).

Then I got this email from a gmail address basically saying "pay me

$1000 or your shop won't be reopened. If you accept I'll send you my

bank details."

This is extortion. I have all the original files, upload dates,

everything proving the work is mine.

I already filed counter-reports and opened cases with Etsy support

Listings are still down. One of the attacker accounts is even a

Star Seller right now.

Has anyone been through this? What actually worked to get Etsy to

take it seriously? Is IC3 worth filing since Etsy is a US company?

Genuinely losing sleep over this.
